It's been 5 days now since help was assured by Flipkart support but as we stand nothing has been done at all. I, as a customer has been made to feel the culprit while the fake dealer enjoys absolute protection from Flipkart and their flawed policies. @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

Update - Recieved a call from @Flipkart customer care just mentioning that the issue has been acknowledged but still no resolution or next steps to be taken has been informed. Is this the best you have to offer id anything at all ?@flipkartsupport

And of course still no resolution from the @flipkartsupport @Flipkart team. Just blatant lies and false promises. Seeing and hearing so many similar stories of horrible customer experiences. Probably the last time @Flipkart was used in our home

Absolutely horrible delivery experience with flipkart. Ordered an oppo find x9 but instead received an Oppo find X9s. The S on the box was deliberately hidden and couldn't be figured out. The delivery partner quickly asked to verify the physical state of the phone and tell OTP.

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport I am gonna be posting this experience everywhere on my socials to let everyone in my contacts know about the fraud going on in the name of safe and secure delivery. Also going to take up this issue with national consumer helpline if @flipkartsupport can't do anything about it
