We have CCTV images showing plants taken from our troughs around 8pm Thr evening. Before we share, we are giving the person an opportunity to redeem themselves. Please share. It is disheartening as a group of local residents who volunteer our own time to have this happen again

It’s happening, and we are pleased to confirm that our Christmas Fair will be held on Sat 4th Dec, 10-4 at St Barnabas Church Sq. We look forward to offering a great variety of stalls. Please keep following us for updates.

UPDATE. We have identified when the defibrillator was used & that it is with the ambulance service. Efforts are being made to return it to the unit. In the meantime defibrillators are also in Swetenhams Chemist or on the Scout Hut.

The defibrillator was used last night. We hope whoever needed it is doing ok. If you know about this can you please get in touch. We need to arrange collection so we can return it to the box, incase it’s needed again. Many thanks.

This September, Swettenham Chemists would like to promote their Healthy Living pharmacy status, by encouraging customers in raising money for Macmillan by completing a challenge of walking 26 miles in September 2021. Please contact the pharmacy for more details.

Our volunteers don’t stop. Yesterday was the car park survey, today was back to watering & weeding the flower beds & troughs

Today, some of our volunteers are conducting a survey of car park usage. This data will be used to strengthen our argument against the introduction of parking fees. If you use the car park, please take a moment to answer our 2 questions and sign the petition if not done already.
