@JagexSupport my med level just got recover by someone who didn’t have the details and I went to appeal it and it says appeal already in proses. So I take it they were spamming request until they got it and use have it to them

@JagexSupport can you do something about fixing up account security because right now it’s a joke people hack people all day just by working out recovery questions

@JagexSupport @JagexAsh @JagexKieren. A few weeks ago my account was hacked for the second time first time they got my stuff via a rat or keylogger. I recovered my account straight away in panic before resetting my pc now they have hacked it using my recovery information.

Do I have pack my computer up and drove 9 hours back down to mums to use there net to recover the account the net I have been playing on for the last two years being I moved like 4 weeks ago and I am now ip block from recovering my own account

I can even provide photo identification with my name matching the created email. I have changed banks And cards over the last 9 years and y emails have been cleared out so some of the stuff is just from memory. I have a statement from buying spins like 6-7 years ago please help

@JagexSupport I have tried repeatedly to recover my account with that information. I recently moved and have a different ip and keep getting declined for recovery I created the account I can provide any info required to prove ownership
