Hello @Revolut a fraudulent payment went through on account yesterday when I contacted customer service I was told there is nothing they can do. They said to me I had used the 3D secure to confirm payment. I responded by explaining I was in work and not on my phone……
@Postvox I have made 3 enquiries regarding a package that was not delivered - I have zero response. Can you please ask a customer service staff member deal with the issue.

I have tweeted you already and sent numerous pms - every month we fail to code for earrings which is in the arrangement when ears are pierced in Claire’s. I would like to receive a code for May & June immediately please.

Hello @alamocares@Alamo would it be possible for your customer service team to answer emails I have sent since the 24th June regarding a refund of €1k I am entitled to due to a cancelled flight. I have spoken to Alamo staff who won’t assist as I booked the car online!
