Detroit Lions need to fire DC Kelvin Sheppard. His scheme just doesn’t work with the personnel group he has, and he just won’t move away from it. Next should be GM Brad Holmes. He has done nothing to shore up a weak secondary, especially with the absence of Branch and Joseph.
