@Mythicaltruth03 @theonlydyl_ That’s what I’m saying…..people are surprised he is up and running around and throwing and think it’s AMAZING but it’s really not. He won’t be back to “normal” until he rebuilds and rehabs those muscles to get back to where he was before the tear

@djolenumber1 @theonlydyl_ The ACL itself is healed after about 3-4 months just for an average person. You can cut and run and move from an ACL standpoint like before. It’s rebuilding the muscles that takes the time. We are going through this with my son right now after a football injury (ACL Tear)
