@WestJet She’s hoping to transfer the tickets to me for my honeymoon - we thought we could avoid the $200 name transfer fee by cancelling and rebooking. Will be seriously considering if we book with you at all after this.

@WestJet I helped my mom cancel flights my late dad booked. We were assured by 2 diff agents we’d receive a full refund in travelbank & WestJet dollars. We never got the WJD, now we’re being told they expired even though we clarified a full refund. Why won’t you make it right?

Just taught my nephews how to bum slide down the stairs. Ankles? Raw. Joy on their faces? Priceless.
