@daniellloyd1 Then why call it a Team Time Trial? Everyone always says the GC winner is by team effort, not individual effort. This idea trashes that concept. UCI should ban it. If max team size is 7, then time should be on 4th rider.

The way they conduct themselves in the heat of competition is all anyone needs to see to know you are great parents. It is great though isn't it, you let them go, yet they will always love coming "home". Happy Birthday.

@SadhbhOS The only time the day before or after is a paid off for most of USA, is if the main day falls on Saturday or Sunday. 90% of companies or more only recognize six national paid days off. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

@SadhbhOS In the USA it is just another day. In fact no holiday has a special meaning/name in the USA. The day before yes, but not after. Day before are only Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Neither is a declared holiday and is seldom a paid day off.
