@itsolelehmann Separate project folders but I launch Cowork from the main folder so it loads the context files that exist there via the CLAUDE.md. Then each project has its own CLAUDE.md as well

I was wanting a chief of staff and all I could ever get was an agent constantly asking for permission

@itsolelehmann I have the $20 account. I just chose OpenAI Codex as the model. It then opens browser to oauth. Once logged in you're good to go. Choose the specific model you want like GPT-5.4
