We will lose more of our hearts as we lose more of our agency and the way to being whole is to return to a time where our souls where free. All photos are mine.
@BlakeAspenNE To call out a senator for a bad choice that endangers his constituency is not a fit. To spend hours defending that senator instead of being "Damn...seems like a bad call" because you have a pathological need to defend a rapist is a fit. A shit fit even.
@BlakeAspenNE That's not the point Blake. The point is rickets was lazy, approved a sloppy pardon or Rickets doenst think rape is that serious and approved a pardon. And now he has the ability to more effectively harm others and his victims have a harder time avoiding him.
Why should Christians be taken seriously as a voting block? Should we also be forgiving the man who beheaded the women on the subway? Child molesters who only got caught once? Its the same antijustice and community endangerment that the radical left argues for!
@bronzeminuteman As a final note, I would also hope that my Christian faith and willingness to forgive would allow me to forgive someone like Mr. Arias 30-some years later.
@BlakeAspenNE My belief is someone who commits that crime is someone who is comfortable with a level of evil that makes them unworthy for being a part of civilized society.
@BlakeAspenNE I think that is a sick weaseling of the faith and a clear sign of how much neo christian thought has rotted this country. Many a violent crime and horrible tragedy will be spread so "Christians" can feel good about themselves. Insane to call out the left and be just like them.
@BlakeAspenNE But we can still hold Rickets accountable as he was still one of two yes votes. He decided to enable and dangerous man. You can't change the kind of person who violently rapes. He decided that he was OK with being the yes vote, making that on the record.
@BlakeAspenNE Its not emotion tho. That's your beliefs actually taking hold and not just propping a candidate out of fear of what the left would do. 14 years for a violent rape isn't enough. That man should have faced the death penalized Nebraskans voted for.
@ObedientOutlaw@BlakeAspenNE There is some argument to be had about felons as even creating a class that loses their right to vote and guns is a very slippery slope but I think we can all agree that no due dellegence was done with that pardon.
@BlakeAspenNE If giving that man a pardon is the precondition to other pardons I would rather all pardons end. Shockingly I think people should have to learn a little about who they considering pardoning and that should have been a hell no after a minute.
It's insane just how badly both parties want to lose in this state. Another hundred years of just barely red politics and subsidizing farmers and the teachers Union
