Compressor position change cost - 12000
Compressor change cost - 0 (it’s under warranty)
After making the full position change, he tells me that the problem is with the compressor shutting down. @SamsungIndia

Troubled with Samsung AC for months now, called the service centre, they sent their service person who said that the AC isn’t working because of problem with the position of the compressor. Told him multiple times that the problem is the compressor shutting down. @SamsungIndia

Never travelling with @flyspicejet again. Have travelled with all major airlines and none of them weigh the cabin luggage, let alone laptop bags. Having 1 cabin luggage and 1 laptop bag is a norm and is allowed with other airlines, who btw do not weigh these. (1/2)

@flyspicejet BAGDOGRA AIRPORT SPECIFICALLY RULES THIS! THEH PULLED ME OUT FROM HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TO WEIGH MY HAND LUGGAGE. THEY TRIED TO ASK ME MONEY AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER ALSO STATING THAT THE COUNTER WAS CLOSED WHEN THE BOARDING HADNT EVEN STARTED.

@flyspicejet I was charged 3000 for 4 kgs, which was the extra weight of my handbag, and denied an invoice for the same! And this happens only in bagdogra airport!
