If you constantly have to tell somebody how sad & unappreciated they’re making you feel and they don’t do anything to change it, THEY DON’T CARE. Tweeting this so I can continue to remind myself 😅
I was wearing a black vest last night & said something about how I’ve had it for a long time and Alex said “Yeah, I remember when you would wear it in high school” and idk but my heart went 🥺🥰 that he remembered a small detail like that
Just thinking about how last night Alex and I accidentally had our porch light on so a couple of kids stopped by to trick or treat & we didn’t have any candy so we gave them oatmeal cream pies
Shouldn’t ever have to beg someone to do things they know you want or know they should already be doing. People know exactly what they do/don’t do & act right for who is important to them 🤷🏼♀️
your friends SHOULD disagree when you're in the wrong. they shouldn't agree with everything you do/say. let them correct you when you're wrong, debate your points...this isn't the mark of a false friend but one that encourages your growth instead of complacency.
