Another day, another #SchoolStreet!

It was a joy to join @BrookburnP school community yesterday morning to see the school street in action again.

It all felt noticeably calmer and quieter than when the trial first started.

Lots of people came to have a chat whilst I was there which was really lovely, along with all the smiles and hellos.

Looking forward to reading the responses to the consultation, and seeing the seismology and Telram data, to understand what difference it has made to people’s journeys and across the local neighbourhood. #Chorlton

Definitely a lot more bikes and scooters parked up @BrookburnP since the #schoolstreet started . Until recently, we had one bike shelter that was generally part full. But look at this. In February too. Definitely more little legs enjoying pedalling and scooting the school run
