@musichollie What kinds of ways? I defintely believe you, but I've never been exposed to a playing test that didn't give me anxiety unfortunately

A3: I used to be an music student in highschool and I definitely think teachers could learn to do more interactive lessons versus things like playing tests

@MrBMusicTeacher Coming from a highschool student, allowing your students to be in charge can be both incredibly rewarding as well as problematic as sometimes the leader will take over, but with the right direction it gives great results!! From personal experience it helped a ton with new pieces.
