So I just read an article about Uvalde, and learned that 19 police officers hung out in the hallway while kids inside called 911 pleading for help, FOR A FUCKING HOUR. Well it turns out, "good guys with guns" are pretty damn useless.

As I was working with my students today at an elementary school, a couple states over 14 children’s lives were lost. Absolutely sickening and disturbing to even think about. I can’t even feel safe at my own job anymore. This country is disgusting. How many more until change???
