Nothing can bring back moments and memories stolen from the innocent. Those responsible should be held to a higher standard! At minimum, they should be prosecuted/their finances ear marked for those harmed! Prosecutors, Police, DA’s & Judges or their Counties/Should be forced

A very corrupt cop in Florida. Deliberately frames and locked up innocent people. Eventually it cost to put him and he was convicted and sentenced to prison.
