Their representatives are so rude and reluctant to provide any useful solutions, I had lost over $1500 due to cancelled flights from them because of how unresponsive and irresponsible attitude to accommodate their customers. They don’t care and won’t help. #deltaairlines sucks

@Delta Airlines is the most disappointing airline I have ever flew with. I planned my Christmas trip to Alaska 3m earlier. They cancelled my flight without any notifications nor alternative or compensation. I have to cancel the trip with no refund for all hotels I have booked

Last year I planned a trip to Seattle, they cancelled my flight without notice, I ended up have to drive 2 days back to SF (additional $600 spent on accommodation). The representative at the airport was so rude. I can’t believe same thing happened again this year.
