@InternetH0F Erin was amazing as Chie. She made Chie the character we know and love today.
I’m sure her new VA will be just as good, and Tracey Rooney was great too! I liked her deeper and more grounded take.
But Erin will forever be my favourite Chie voice.

@fluffytoshii Plus she wouldn’t be able to hide the evidence the same way as Leon, and Hina and Sakura saw her take the knife.
But I agree seeing her live to face a class trial would have been a cool twist! And it still would leave Makoto feeling betrayed, but in a different way from Shuichi.

@fluffytoshii I think it would have been interesting to see how she dealt with knowing that she had to survive a class trial. Since she was under the impression that she just had to kill. I think seeing her crumble in the CT would be interesting. Possibly more despair inducing and effective.

This might just be me but I don’t think as times move and technology improves, EVERY franchise needs to look “realistic”. I know Starfox has had a somewhat “realistic” look, but nowadays I think more “cartoony” styles stand out and look better. So I agree, SMG looks better imo
