@SouthwestAir and @BWI_Airport how can you have two planes at the same gate and keep passengers on a plane that was already delayed for 30 additional minutes without explanation, causing some to have to run to catch flights?! Very poor customer service and care.

Today at #dunkindonuts I asked for an “avocado toast, please”, and apparently the drive-thru employee was so confused by my politeness she thought I asked for avocado toast “with cheese”. Thankfully this was clarified BEFORE I got my order. #thankserviceworkers #beagoodhuman
