@Verizon @VerizonSupport well I DM'd you & like Sisyphus you're having me push the rock up the hill for another 7 days. Odd that it takes you 7 days to "process" my refund, when your email said 72 hrs, 7 wks ago, but it took less than an hr for the charge to hit my bank accnt.

Told I need to go to a store for the refund, then was told yesterday that I would get a call back form a customer support team lead within 24 hours, got no call, so I called you all. Spent 2 hrs on the call to be told I will get it in 7 days. I won't bet on it.

While I have you Anna @VerizonSupport, how long would you put up with being told your refund would come in 72 hours, then after a ticket is opened in 2 weeks, the 5 Bis days, after another ticket, then 7 days after a third only to be told the refund was processed. 2 weeks latert

@Verizon it's as if you instruct your support agents to delay, misdirect and open meanings less tickets, which you never provide an update on, or place me on hold for hours on end with the hope of giving up. I hear how I'm a good and valued customer, but you don't show it.

@Verizon you are the champion of royal run around when it comes to getting a refund. After having an order canceled almost 2 months ago and having an email that said I would have my refund in 72 hours I am still without my refund. No less than 8 calls to customer support no good.

Concern: I would not take the COVID19 vaccine when it 1st becomes available. Despite the drug manufacturers pledged to follow the science, there is too much political & corp influence on getting it out. I want to see the data before I made my decision.

.@GovPritzker I'm watching @whitesox play in an empty stadium. Why is it MLB is playing 2-3 hr games with no one in the open air stands, but school Districts like @barrington220 are going back with in person learning with 100s and 1000s of ppl in closed spaces for 8 hrs/day?
