Have been working on this for a while—know it is rough. Hoping it will be my thesis for MFA. Any and all feedback (will try not to be too fragile) appreciated.

@SQSupport Hello! Used to run my own biz and now work for a diff indie retailer. Though I show up on Square Team in the store, I can’t access it via my own devices to see my schedule, etc. Says I deactivated, but then, it says I have an account! SOS.

Connecticut does not in any way equal New Orleans. Just putting that out there.

[Veronica Brooks @brookssigler]

What are you doing this New Year’s Eve?
Me? Just sitting on the couch reviewing all my horrible life choices for the past 30 or so years.

[Veronica Brooks @brookssigler]

We have been here maybe 15 minutes. Mare is already consulting Siri. Trying not to be offended.

[Veronica Brooks @brookssigler]

@CapitolClio So sorry, Meredith.

I told my child he needed to put his shoes on.
He took this as an opportunity as his pontificate on his love for sausage.

My mother and Siri are bffs. She just asked her about the relative relaxation benefits of hot chocolate.

Man, I hope Eversource fixes the streetlight on Mare’s street soon. This is an ongoing saga only rivaled by the Great Woodchuck Saga of 2012. She is hyping up all the nuns in the retirement community.

If the CDC knew what the stress of teaching does to my brain, heart, and body, they would def recommend more than a mask.

[Veronica Brooks @brookssigler]

@DonLinn Well, this is awkward.

[Veronica Brooks @brookssigler]

@emilyrmurtagh I mean, on top of the impossible jobs and parenting and. . . .

@rgay My mom used to open files all over her desktop. Like millions of empty files just chilling.

Also, I have now seen a Hello Kitty/Pac-Man mini video game thing and won’t be able to sleep tonight.

Ridiculously excited to have won a stuffed Sonic @DaveandBusters for The Kid. Sure, he wanted a sticky hand for 200 tickets but Somic!

My cat took about 10 screenshots by accident. I can’t even do that on purpose half the time.

[Veronica Brooks @brookssigler]

@jasonbruenn JBru—seriously, I can’t even.

One of my former students just turned 30. Actually, some of my former students are pushing 40. Help me.
