@virginmedia I have received an email to say I owe money from a previous bill. Unable to contact you via your webpage as says ‘error’ I pay by direct debit and you collect what I’m supposed to pay?!? It’s not a scam as the email you’ve sent shows my account number. ADVISE
@virginmedia how can I change my package by downgrading items? Can’t do it via the app and when I try and do chat it either cuts me off or doesn’t load. Do humans actually work for you anymore or is it just robots and general questions that get answered?

Machine fell out and flooded the kitchen. Third engineer came. Cancelled insurance then as renewal was to expensive. Now less than a month later the machine is faulty with the original error. So is your hotpoint workmanship under warranty if done less than a month ago?
