It’s World First Aid Day today. Would you know what to do in the event of a Cardiac Arrest?
Check for a response. Call 999. If the person is not breathing, start CPR.
30 chest compressions and 2 rescue breaths, repeat. Use AED if there is one, follow its instructions carefully.
Over 80% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen at home.
With survival falling by around 10% every minute without CPR, it’s important to learn the skills to help try to save a life.
Learn CPR now to give those closest to you the best chance of survival in an emergency. https://t.co/eswQCdFS4X
