Today I have been shocked by what the renewable energy zealots have done to our beautiful Snowy Mountains in the name of "taking action on climate change"
Greenpeace co-founder, Dr. Patrick Moore:
"I am firmly of the belief that the future will show that this whole hysteria over climate change was a complete fabrication."
EPIC: Peter Hitchens tears Net Zero to shreds, to the dismay of BBC panellists and audience members.
"We didn't just close down our coal fired power stations, we blew them up, we were so certain we were right to do so. At the same time, China is building the equivalent of two new coal fired power stations a week. India has a vast expansion programme of coal fired power stations."
"The contribution which this country is making to these outcomes is not merely minimal, it's non-existent. Everything that we do is completely blotted out by what much larger countries are doing to maintain their own power."
"If you want to live in a country where nobody can afford to heat their house... if you want lots of people to lose their jobs because there's no energy, if you want to be cold all the time... then carry on believing that the demand to go for Net Zero is intelligent and thoughtful."
Jordan Peterson has branded Net Zero a "brutal" form of "nature worship" as he tells Michael Gove that he can't believe the Tories fell for it and the party "needs a desperate slap" for what it did to the U.K. https://t.co/AHUg1rwwnD
The enormous cost of green policies
UK electricity price tripled since 2003, mostly because of climate policies
Electricity now costs £59 billion more
It costs an additional 2.1% of GDP
It costs £3,543 more ($4,401) per family per year
Electricity costs an additional 2x UK primary education

Three things you need to know about #COP29:
1. Carbon dioxide is plant food, not 'pollution'.
2. There is no science supporting the notion of emissions-driven warming or extreme weather.
3. Climate is a Trojan hoax for communism.
Bonus knowledge: The Associated Press is paid by left-wing foundations to promote the climate hoax. It's not news. Just lying propaganda.

“If we start spending billions and billions, trillions they are talking about, trying to stop a problem that doesn’t actually happen, we are in for real bad times”
My much loved namesake warned us and was silenced for it.

This is my take (rant) on the insanity of Labour’s policies regarding the steel industry and biomass fuel (watch until the end to grasp the full impact) ⬇️
Germany‘s history of socialism should be a warning, not an instruction manual. 🇪
@elonmusk is more politically competent than any leftist government in the West.
Somebody please tell Ed Minibrain that the UK shares the same atmosphere as other countries including China where they build a new coal power station every week, that the UKs CO2 share is 0.9% so we make no difference anyway - no matter how much taxpayers money we waste. Tell him that trees are a much better cheaper way to capture CO2.
But by the way and this is a big but, CO2 is not a pollutant, it is the basis of all life on earth, increasing CO2 from the current 0.04% will just make the planet more fertile, it will not change temperature much because CO2 has already done most of its warming - think basic physics law of diminishing returns, by the way Water vapour is a far more potent greenhouse gas.
Any in any case warmer is good, not bad, Humans prospered in warmer periods like the medieval warm period (which was much warmer than now), they suffered badly in the little ice age.
There is no danger of significant ice melting - all the ice is in Antartica and Greenland it would take 7C rise to start melting Greenland and 14C for Antartica.
"It is so stupidly ridiculous to say that a 1.5° Celsius increase in global atmospheric temperature is going to be a disaster. As a matter of fact, it will open up vast areas of farmland that were too cold before." – Greenpeace co-founder, Dr. Patrick Moore.
"In the Eocene Thermal Maximum, the temperature was at least five to seven degrees Celsius warmer than it is now, maybe even more. And at the same time CO2 was going in the exact opposite direction... There is no clear relationship."

EU climate policy has enormous costs
Industry electricity prices have increased 70% in real terms since 2000
EU industries now pay 2.7x the electricity price in the US (and 1.9x in China)
EU households now pay 2x US electricity price (and 3.3x China)
