Twitter tried to censor it but just wound up exposing (again) the lying nature of climate alarmism.
Added bonus: My explanation and warming prediction.

Sorry NYTimes @LFFriedman, wind, solar, EVs and all the other green junk is a waste of money. Why is electricity expensive? Answer: The climate hoax and "green" energy. Why is the Strait of Hormuz still so important? Answer: The climate hoax and "green" energy. Why is the US electricity grid so dependent on Communist China? Answer: The climate hoax and "green energy." If Lisa spent more time talking to rational people vs. climate hoaxers and "green" energy grifters, she would have figured these things out by now.

Way back in May, I warned about the absurdly slow pace of confirmations at the Senate Judiciary Committee. Currently there are 43 federal judicial vacancies: 28 current and 15 announced. Still have four district court vacancies in (formerly red) Texas! NC & Louisiana have 3 each! Get moving!
$40 trillion-in-debt taxpayers don't need to be funding this and much other unproductive research:
"It was the question she’d been asking for more than a decade. LISA was a space observatory scheduled to launch in 2035: three spacecraft linked across millions of miles, using lasers to listen for gravitational waves. Scientists hoped it could detect signals from the universe’s earliest moments, beyond the reach of any telescope."
Any one or a combination of the nation's approximately 1,000 billionaires could.
We have much more serious, mundane and solvable problems to address vs. this distracting and escapist elitism.

Democrats plan to use the Senate permitting bill (BAAJA) to build more pointlessly expensive wind and solar crap (left)—not to build, say, infrastructure to capture more rainwater (right). Senate Republicans seem to be not smart enough to write a bill that facilitates and guarantees that only needed infrastructure that gets built.
No need to waste hundreds of dollars to measure the microplastics in your tap water. Microplastics are inert, harmless and excreted.

We need to make steel in America for national security reasons. Yes, prices will increase. Sorry, but that is necessary. Globalization failed and made us dependent on and vulnerable to Communist China for vital goods. The problem with the Iowa project is that the steel plant owner is to be a foreign company which is going to receive massive subsidies from US taxpayers. That does not wash. We need Americans to own and operate these projects. Keeping profits in America will offset some of the price increases.

Hi. Want to see a murder on live TV?
I give you New White House Chief of Staff Stephen Miller vs. Jake Tapper on CNN.
Tapper said we need illegals here to pick our crops.
Then, Fatality.
The MAHA dude is a douchebag. A professional whistleblower now, I guess. Got on Fox News (during the Tucker Carlson era) by whistle-blowing about alleged soda industry corruption. Barnacled on to RFK Jr and then into the Trump White House with the MAHA grift. Now he is selling out Trump for more self-promotion. How naive @joerogan is to platform such buttheads. Rogan should really stay out of politics he doesn't understand. Sad to see Senator @RonJohnsonWI fall for this nonsense. The Trump White House did not invent corruption, nor are current White House problems close to the worst ever. It is sad to see conservatives fall for this latest round of this guy's self-promotion under the guise of righteousness.
Calley Means just went on Joe Rogan and blew up at Susie Wiles for destroying MAHA.
“She spent her career taking money from Benjamin Netanyahu.”
“The pharmaceutical industry.”
“The pesticide industry.”
“Trump’s administration has been infiltrated by the very people that he energized voters to say he would get out of DC.”
“Susie Wiles is the most powerful chief of staff in modern American history.”
“She has a couple of deputies.”
“James Blair … long-term political consultant.”
“He’s taken a lot of money from … special interests.”
“The sugar industry.”
“Walker Barrett.”
“Susie’s neighbor in Florida.”
“Junior guy, but extremely powerful.”
“Richard Walters.”
“A kind of mid-level fundraiser.”
“He came from a lobbying firm … that lobbied for pesticides.”
“Lobbied for pharma.”
“These are the most powerful people in the country.”
“Tony Fabrizio.”
“He takes money from Pepsi.”
“He takes money from pharmaceutical companies.”
“He takes money from almost every single industry we’re fighting against right now to this day.”
“Susie’s daughter became a lobbyist.”
“The group Susie’s daughter worked for had almost zero in revenue before the Trump administration.”
“Shot up to $30-ish million a year in revenue.”
“If you’re a special interest and you want to get something done, the secret’s out.”
“You pay Susie’s daughter.”
“And then Susie worked at a firm called Ballard Partners.”
“Ballard Partners has become the highest revenue-generation lobbying firm in history.”
“If you hire Ballard, you get a meeting with Susie.”
“And you can get things done.”
Joe Rogan: “Is this normal?”
Means: “This is how it works for 30 years.”

Democracy's Guillotine: The problem with democracy in a government-heavy and polarized society is that a rebuke of the party in power by the low-information swing electorate, is misinterpreted by the winning side as some sort of political mandate, as the New York Times does here. https://t.co/3OnPjwvyNG
Because the tendency of government to be heavy-handed is the problem not the solution, a claimed-yet-imaginary mandate only leads to a future power swing when more government invariably fails. Nothing is solved. Nothing is improved. Power is just exchanged.
Talking heads often shrug off this process as the swings of the normal political pendulum. If the two sides had some common values, that might be the case. But in 21st century America, they don't. A substantial part of the electorate are immediate or Fabian communists bent on government control of everything.
We are $40.2 trillion (and skyrocketing) in irreconcilable debt. Our economy is literally at the mercy of Communist China. The social welfare-expectant electorate is, on average, so poorly educated that it would fail the simplest civics exam. A harmlessly swinging pendulum? No, more like a deadly guillotine accelerating downward.
Democracy works when people share the same basic values. Our education system has failed to produce this. And so we are in trouble because mass ignorance has fueled aggressive totalitarianism of which laissez-faire freedom-loving Americans—especially the swing electorate—are barely aware.
Climate hoaxers claim that skyscrapers in Kuwait City are expensive to cool because of (incremental) "global warming"—not because the average daily high during the summertime in the desert city is 111-113°F. 🙄

Sorry AP John Raby, there is no such thing as a 1-in 1,000-year weather event. The atmosphere is a chaotic, nonlinear system to which no probability distribution for weather events applies. And there is no proxy data that can validate the claim.

Speaking of a 'moment of truth' with respect to the climate hoax, AP Seth Borenstein @borenbears had one in October when he accidentally pointed out the futility of emissions cuts even if you believe UN climate models:
"Anne Olhoff, director of UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, said the U.S. policy change will likely add one-tenth of a degree Celsius (nearly two-tenths of a degree Fahrenheit) to global temperatures by the end of the century." https://t.co/w0vLf8bOtb
If you want to go communist for that, I'll buy you a one-way ticket to China so you can enjoy communism now and forever, pure and unadulterated.
https://t.co/EtzHUnLd1p
AP climate propagandist Seth Borenstein @borenbears can quote UN officials but he ignores what they are saying:
"Report lead author Anne Olhoff, director of UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, said the U.S. policy change will likely add one-tenth of a degree Celsius (nearly two-tenths of a degree Fahrenheit) to global temperatures by the end of the century."
So even if you believe in the climate hoax, the UN admits the US abandonment of emissions cuts policies is only worth 0.1°C warming by 2100—that is not even close to being a measurable difference.

Sorry, Washington Post editorial board, the solution to Washington, DC's economic and crime problems is not more leftist-managed gentrification of the city's SW quadrant which, even if it succeeded, would only jam more hopelessly low-income people into the SE and NE quadrants. DC schools suck. The government is notoriously corrupt. And the city remains dangerous. Focusing on superficialities so that quick-buck artists can strip-farm profits from tourists and suburbanites while ignoring the city schools is why DC can only be made temporarily safe while the National Guard patrols the streets.

Obamacare for Permitting: If you need more evidence that the Senate permitting bill (BAAJA) is a win for climate communists and Green New Scammers, the Washington Post editorial board raves:
"[T]he deal on the table is great for the environment. Democratic negotiators in the Senate consulted closely with their House counterparts. The agreement would make it much easier to build clean energy projects and the transmission lines needed to connect them to the grid... the legislation would probably cut carbon emissions overall." https://t.co/AHHi15oxJs
With Democrats running Congress again, every spending bill will be laden with more and more subsidies for the Green New Scam. This bill is supported by Republicans who desperately want a bill—any bill, even a bad bill. Fossil fuel and nuclear-hating Democrats are happy to oblige.
ICYMI, listen to me discuss BAAJA on Fox Business (yesterday).
If you need more evidence that MAHA is a nitwit left-wing op, here you go:
"“I think the best chance the president has to get things done is meeting with Bernie, meeting with El-Sayed,” Means said, referring to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) and Sen.-elect Abdul El-Sayed (D-Michigan)."🙄
And if their communism isn't enough to clue you in, Sanders was a mediocre political science major and El-Sayed published junk epidemiology studies on health care inequities.
Better junk food than junk thinking.
https://t.co/AutX5TWAxi
Yet another problem with the Senate permitting bill (BAAJA) is that it codifies agency disecretion with respect to implementing the National Environmental Policy Act. That might be a okay for a permitting-friendly Republican-run administration but not for a hostile Democrat-run one. Plus, regulatory reform advocates fought 40 years to get rid of Chevron deference, which was ended by SCOTUS in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo (2024). Why resurrect it even for limited purposes in 2026? Supporters of the bill have no answer to this and the other fatal flaws that have been pointed out.
Forget letters, the House Select Committee on China should subpoena NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang while it still can. Let's get to the bottom of the China honeypot so that others don't fall into the same trap.
Chairman @RepMoolenaar, Chairman @RepBrianMast, and Chairman @RepRickCrawford have sent a letter to NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang asking him to appear before their three committees this month. The letter expresses concerns over NVIDIA’s security protocols against foreign adversary espionage and Mr. Huang’s reported ties to a Chinese intelligence-linked executive of a Singapore-based data center company.
