Brosiden Magnificence from House Atreides

Cocky Cellist who has decided to try learning the violin for fun. Starting from the bottom. Documenting my progress. Watch me grow and laugh with me.

Today’s result after grinding for an hour. This is presto from Bach violin sonata 1. #violin #cellist #violinstudent #quarantine https://t.co/QmWWFxbCCo

The piece claims to be by Vivaldi but my teacher doubts it actually is. Anyone know for sure? #violin #baroque https://t.co/B6okKjX8jc

My bow isn’t up to par. Taking some home to try..

[Brosiden Magnificence from House Atreides @brosidenviolin]

A reminder for my bow technique. Shit got real this week and everything I know has been a lie. Building from the ground up again and I’m excited. #violin https://t.co/OSB3uF2145

@Jregsdad33 What’s satan-music for you?

[Brosiden Magnificence from House Atreides @brosidenviolin]

Ugh. You can hear a little scraping and that I’m still struggling to not hit the string below.. but here’s where I’m at in 2 weeks into playing. I see a teacher today and start pushing myself harder, for my own enjoyment. #goals #violin https://t.co/ThbVVxkCRD

@sleffy_ When my chops get a little better I’m probably going to get an electric too, seven strings sounds so awesome but I don’t know if my neck and shoulder is up for the challenge.. but when I get one let’s shred!
