@MarriottIntl Call within hours of leaving room 711 at Niagara Falls Hotel&Spa re: boots left in room. Not found. Either staff is lousy at cleaning as boots not found, or they were stolen. Very poor response from hotel. Had spa pkg, neither sauna working. Rotten experience all in
