@zostaff 24k is just the base terminal fee haven’t even started paying for data feeds yet. Lots of free data sources and APIs especially for crypto, but for Bloomberg you’re paying for messenger and data points only they have. For example if you trade CDS they basically have monopoly.

@AlexFinn You can spend 150k for 1TB VRAM to run 400B parameter models, still inferior to of +trillion parameters Claude using - if you want to actually get project done buying credits >consumer hardware. I still run models locally just realistic with capabilities

@michaeljburry It feels like that time, but with around 1 in 3 shares shorting the market, it’s way easier for other participants to pump n take that money / force a cover than to have a major sell off. Once the shorts stop playing a crash will likely follow.

@picdoc581 Yield backed by people betting on MSTR calls - the covered call premium can easily collapse - while property yield is backed by rent / tenant needing roof over head - the differing source of yield results in two completely different asset classes and risk profiles
@ArtCandee It's not an intelligence test, even low IQ people are expected to get over 25. This tests for early signs of dementia / other cognitive impairments. Differing political, social, or economic opinions from yours will not result in lower score.

@GarrettPetersen People without kids already fund public education for ppl with kids. The married filing jointly status, child tax credit, other related benefits offsets most or all of their property tax which mainly funds schools.
