ENS founder Nick Johnson then self-delegated 3.1 million ethereum:0xc18360217d8f7ab5e7c516566761ea12ce7f9d72 tokens, representing about 50% of the active ENS voting power. Johnson's vote alone is enough to meet quorum and approve the proposal.
