Enjoyed meeting the "Primary Minister" & other members of the Pupil Parliament at Broughton Junior School this morning. We talked about the role of MPs @HouseofCommons, single-use plastics, the cost-of-living, school hours & had a vote on the 11-Plus. Great to see such interest!

At the end of term, we hosted our inaugural #BroughtonLitFest. We had 10 amazing authors deliver inspiring workshops, talks & took part in a Q&A with our children. It was the perfect way to celebrate the opening of our new libraries and end a long year! #librarytwitter
