There is absolutely no difference between the 2 videos, so I don't think it's fair to say that I am breaking policies in one and not the other. I have had this happen to me tens of times on this account and you always sorted it out for me after a thorough review.

Please do the right thing and give it another look as a long term creator on your platform I highly value your community guidelines and regulated goods policies and I would never do anything to breach any of those mentioned above.
