i do find it funny how, in these people’s heads, the equivalent of men raping isn’t women raping, but rather women trying to damage the reputation of a man. tells you everything about whose suffering they actually care about.
You read that homeless women are being raped and immediately blamed homeless men because you associate violence with poverty, whole time the primary perpetrators or rape of homeless women AND MEN are housed people (and cops) who lure them with promises of food, shelter and work.
