@youfibre_status service varies between 2/3 mbps to 960mbps and sometimes even reaches 1.1 gbps. Now we’re back to 2/3mbps. Come on YouFibre give us the service we pay you for not the snail like dialup speed we’re getting now. What is wrong and why aren’t you sorting it.

@McAfee_Help I appreciate that you do promo offers but as you can imagine it could have cost me £90. Which was £30 dearer than the previous year. Funny how your promo offer came after I did not auto-renew at £90. Why not just offer at £35 in the first place and I would have gladly renewed.
