@thameswater Nothing you can do then but leave a hole in the road and inconvenience hundreds of people - while enjoying hilarious profits. It’s a thumbs up from me
@thameswater what is going on with the works on Brockley Road. ‘started’ on 7th April despite no work over Easter break. There’s no bus stop because of the ‘works’. Someone else contacted you via Twitter on 12th April to which you replied works were completed, except they’re not.
@Chimpman@JaneCanDoSE4 In regards to ‘fair rent’ would depend on the lease and whether it includes rent increases in certain years and whether the landlord chooses to do that.
@Chimpman@JaneCanDoSE4 I hope they don’t mind me posting about their business but I’m fairly sure they paid a premium for the lease. Ie - they paid for the former tenants historic lease so while the rent is on the reasonable side, they would have paid a good deal upfront for it.
@LewishamCouncil how do I get in contact about the enforcement agents you sent to my business because I don’t haven’t been sent a renewal reminder for forecourt license?
@SGNgas if you were having a quiet coffee with your baby on a pedestrianised street and someone drove this close behind you to perform non-essential gas works. How would you feel?
@SGNgas I spoke to the engineer myself. He seemed unaware what he was doing was problematic. A lifetime of working like he’s answerable to no one it would seem. If only I could run my own business like that..
@olicollett@siepert @JamesRamsden_ Meant to be good, apparently Chris Young did a bit comparison with the pacojet and recons ninja is better. Just depends on overall daily use
