Happened to search for #gofirst and #goair due to my ongoing issue! 100+ complaints on the similar reason - flight cancelled due to operational reason and no response. Other flights have already increased fare 2x. Pls look into this @DARPG_GoI @darpgseva @JM_Scindia @DGCAIndia

@GoFirstairways No resolution with customer care. Need help with nodal officer or higher management. You cannot let your operational reason disrupts and penalise customer @DARPG_GoI @darpgseva @MoCA_GoI @JM_Scindia

Cancelling the flight at last minute (not having any alternative option) and making sure customer suffers paying 2x-3x more is the policy of @GoFirstairways !! Utterly disappointed.. think would have paid extra bucks 3 months back with other flight 😐
