@sedatesnail I bet this has to do with systems designed around physically switched thermostats and long lifecycles for HVAC equipment, but I now want like a podcast episode detailing this.
So, years ago I quite accidentally injected the phrase “epistemic closure” into political discourse. This became a buzzword for five minutes, but a lot of people misunderstood it as effectively just a pretentious synonym for “stuck in an echo chamber” or “closed-minded.”
Here are my principal conclusions:
1. Attorney General Barr has deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report.
2. President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct.
3. Partisanship has eroded our system of checks and balances.
4. Few members of Congress have read the report.
November is here, and that means a massive shift is coming. And by "massive" I am of course referring to the redefinition of the kilogram unit of mass that the world has been building up to for more than 100 years. Let me explain:
@dedkobrez@SenToomey Political self interest, I assume. Which is my point. Toomey's statement blames only the democrats when in reality both parties are to blame. His statement is BS.
John Robinson Block, the @PittsburghPG publisher who was behind the reprehensible editorial "Reason for Racism," will not allow this letter to the editor to appear in the newspaper. We offer it here.
@SenToomey Even if this were true, there are better ways to promote growth than raising taxes on grad students and giving hand outs to trust fund babies
