This will be a huge financial burden on our state for no gain. Everyone “feels” like it is a good idea, but there is no research to support it.

@CoachDePriest @bluetruedream21 Has it worked in the other states that have implemented vouchers? Granted, Arkansas has many problems that need addressed. The vast majority of schools that people deem “failing” all have one common denominator, extreme poverty. Vouchers does not help this at all.

@CoachDePriest @bluetruedream21 Right now, private school kids and homeschool kids are not funded by the state. Under this plan, tax payers would fund vouchers. This is costing other states millions per year which would reduce money going to public schools.
