Earlier this week, we were proud to take part in the 2026 Nuclear Summit hosted by Economic Development Cambridge.
From engaging conversations to strong collaboration across the sector, the summit featured the people and partnerships driving Ontario’s nuclear future forward.
A highlight included @PDalzell3, VP of Corporate Affairs & Market Development, joining @opg for a fireside chat on how Ontario is powering the next generation of nuclear.
Thank you again to Economic Development Cambridge for hosting, and to everyone contributing to a resilient, sustainable energy future.

Celebrating a remarkable Canadian 🇨🇦
Through his leadership, @jscongack has helped advance Ontario’s world-leading nuclear sector @Bruce_Power and expanded access to life-saving cancer treatments in partnership with First Nations.
Among his most impactful work and inspired by his wife, James serves as Chair of the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario, helping to end childhood cancer.
It was a privilege to present him with a Canadian flag as he received the @PearsonCentre Catalyst for Change Leadership Award.
Canada’s Nuclear Energy Strategy sends a clear signal: invest in what works.
We welcome support for existing assets, isotope leadership, Indigenous participation, competitive incentives and financing tools to scale new builds.
This is how we drive energy security, growth and global leadership.
We thank Minister @timhodgsonmt and @NRCan for their leadership—and for working closely with industry to get this right.
We’re ready to deliver.
Congratulations to our Chief Operating Officer and EVP, @jscongack, on being recognized with The @PearsonCentre’s inaugural Catalyst for Change Leadership Award.
