@AmericanExpress please do not continue to have Hilton hotels as an exclusive benefit for me as an American Express card member they will not even let us in a hotel room at 11:59 for a reservation that we’ve had for months because they don’t have enough people to clean the rooms

@HiltonHotels what is going on at the New York Hilton at 11:45 on a Saturday night there are no rooms available for an hour or an hour and a half. I’ve had three rooms booked and there are no rooms available. I’m in Hilton Honors member and I booked three rooms 2 1/2 months ago

Really? @AmericanAir A first class seat DFW to Montreal! Went to adjust the headrest and this is the result. The fifth time this year flying these old Airbus planes on American. Every single time the seats are this janky
$1100, but bring your own pillow. 😬

In short, covid-19 was not ageist.
