Considering Practicalities
Need to pull MS to take over the elite power as there is no bigger cricketing brain who can help @ChennaiIPL than him

Ashwin can be in any capacity as he is someone who gives heart and soul to team
But removing flem gonna take us no where if we observe flem is the guy who never hide post a defeat and always mentions about team CULTURE which played significant role in franchise’s success

I’ve been a CSK fan since the very first match in 2008. No matter what happens, I’ll always support this franchise 💛.
But personally, I feel this is the perfect time to bring @ashwinravi99 into the CSK setup in a bigger role.🧠

@ashwinravi99 My ideal setup:
• Ashwin as Head Coach
• Dhoni as Mentor after retirement 💛
• Fleming as Head of Cricket Operations
This could build the strongest cricketing brain in the league.
Please make this happen @ChennaiIPL@ashwinravi99 🙏

@ashwinravi99 I also feel MS is intentionally staying away from interfering too much in decision-making because he doesn’t want the team to depend on him.
Even if MS plays one more season, CSK still needs a stronger think-tank around the team.

That’s exactly where @ashwinravi99 stands out. 🧠🔥
His understanding of the game, tactics, matchups, and modern T20 trends is elite. CSK needs someone who can evolve with the game while still protecting the team’s core identity.

I don’t think Stephen Fleming is the problem.
The bigger issue is that CSK currently lacks someone in the coaching setup with a constantly evolving cricketing brain — someone who adapts with modern T20 cricket and aligns the team mindset accordingly.
