2. The US oil is light crude and needs heavy oil to blend for refining.
So we export the light and import the heavy. This will be resolved by the new huge refinery being built. 2027-2028. First one in decades.

The diesel prices are actually a combination of the Russian Ukrainian war and targeting refineries. And market uncertainty.

The answer is more refineries and production.

Generally rectified by deportation. But this is for illegal or fraudulent entry. Over stay of visa is civil and may result in fine and/or removel.
Is behaving illegally criminal? Yes.

@MorseReport Canada's EU "associate membership" appears to be more a form of trading block with benefits. Fortunately Canada's constitution makes full membership
a practical implausibility.
I hope this newly mint status isn't a workaround to subverting Canada's sovereignty.
