Brock Turner was found guilty on three counts:
1. assault with intent to commit rape
2. sexual penetration of an intoxicated person
3. sexual penetration of an unconscious person
I will offer evidence showing reasonable doubt below.
@curtis_yarvin Dauber cannot be touched. She's a certified hater, and it's been known a long time that she coordinated with the Santa Clara DA office to get Persky recalled. She also leaked the letters during sentencing from Turner's dad and childhood friend to have them cancelled
@SFtraveltips The saddest thing I think is because of the swimming ban/registry, he probably never stepped back in the pool even after logging thousands of hours in practice, and that was his community, his friend network back in Dayton
@TruueDiscipline See here. Dauber's letter is in the court records, and you can still find Miller's impact statement on Buzzfeed

unconscious person/1
The grad students did not see any fingering, only dry humping. In every account, Turner has described the fingering as a consensual act where Miller was responsive.
@TruueDiscipline Yes, he has to know that she cannot consent. And running when being confronted is not an admission that you knew what you were doing was wrong or that you were trying to escalate

@SubhoomanGaucho@happinessSolved@ThreadbareModel@BriannaWu@mtracey It's funny how he goes straight away for the response and block. Anyways, mens rea is required, you must know that what you're doing is wrong and that the other person can't consent

drunk person/2
Nobody but Turner testified to the last 25 minutes before Miller passed out. Nobody at the party including a fellow swimmer could tell that anything was wrong with her dancing.
@PaganDisliker@BachgenA She was unconscious, so the "shake and shout" did not work. The paramedics assessed her as 11/15 on the Glasgow Coma Scale. She did respond to pain (pinching nail beds) and was able to clear her throat

@happinessSolved@SubhoomanGaucho@ThreadbareModel@BriannaWu@mtracey Hello, if you look at my replies, then you can find more details, but I go through the charges below and offer the case for reasonable doubt given the framing most of us often assume from the headlines

@curtis_yarvin More context on Dauber's role in circulating Miller's impact statement (pdf page 192/302, denoted 178). Ziering produced The Hunting Ground, a documentary released in 2015 (same time as incident) about the campus rape epidemic

@BachgenA@PaganDisliker Alcohol takes its time to work through the body; they had danced together for 10 minutes; it was past midnight; she may have climaxed (Turner's testimony). All are things that can induce fatigue. It wasn't warm, but not that cold for January

@PaganDisliker@BachgenA Blackout means no more memory formation. This is not a state that external parties can reliably observe. Passing out is when you should cease sexual contact, but the grad students saw her from afar whereas Turner was in physical contact on top of her. She passed out, but when?

@curtis_yarvin She was the central node at and after sentencing that connected Miller as Jane Doe to the media (Buzzfeed's Stanford victim letter). She had a bone to pick with Persky because of the prior De Anza gang rape case also in Santa Clara

@zagrebbi It was bogus, but he remains one of the most hated white males of the 2010s because people imagine the headlines to be true
