To ensure that they are fully patriotic, they removed their memories and removed any feelings unnecessary for Super Earth's war effort

Not saying it's impossible but this could make some money for them from not just us but by Half-Life fans like myself (A transhuman elite set for the super store would go hard too)

@tenabaum2042 @Helldivers_NOW They definitely would in a heart beat, if not, turn them into slaves like they did with the Vortigaunts. The Combine got no problem repurposing any species they see fit to suit their needs (Unless you're the Advisors, who in theory may be an assimilated race, iirc)

@fishut564 @genius_eu @Helldivers_NOW I will say though, before the ammo buff, the Belt Fed Grenade Launcher was a bit satisfying to use on the bug front, not so sure about the squid front since I rarely bring it there

@fishut564 @genius_eu @Helldivers_NOW Yeah that was my main point regarding damage, sometimes even with max fire rate, some of the heavier bots feel like they take weeks to bring down with it. In comparison with something like the spear gun / railgun, it can take down something like a hulk in just one shot to the eye

@genius_eu @fishut564 @Helldivers_NOW Honestly, I don't mind the revert back to medium pen but given that the belt fed grenade launcher does like half (Or so) the damage of the grenade launcher? yeah It needs like a slight damage increase, it is laughable on the bot front as some of them soak up damage (Ex: Hulks)

@DevlinBrady3 @Suicdar @xWhereIsMyVape @Helldivers_NOW On a side note and it may be a genuine skill issue on my side but I think it is not the ideal weapon for taking out stuff like Automaton Gunships, that Is what keeps it from being extremely OP as other stuff fills out that anti air role better (2/2)

@DevlinBrady3 @Suicdar @xWhereIsMyVape @Helldivers_NOW I mean to be fair, having too OP equipment does eventually make the game a bit boring so I understand why they reverted it back to medium pen. Before the patch even came out, GL + Supply Pack combo did get a bit old since Cyberstan since it was making the bot front a breeze (1/2)
