You see if you would have spoken to me instead of hoping I just would drop a few hundred £££ - I would have understood and probably moved my flight a fourth time to later in the autumn - no questions asked. Now I just want to run a mile. After I have my refund!

@British_Airways I understand that you had to cancel my flight for the third time, but you removed the option to rebook or request a refund from the account. If opened a case with your complaints team 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back&can’t reach you over the phone? Next courts?
