一、交易所层面：建立“尾部流动性防线”

交易所作为撮合中心，本身不应成为做市商的替罪羊，但有责任确保极端行情下的市场连续性。
可行方案如下：
1. 动态MM资金监控与流动性预警系统
实时监控每个主动MM的资金使用率与对冲覆盖率。
一旦低于某个阈值（如对冲覆盖率<70%），系统自动限制其挂单深度或冻结新建头寸。
这类似于“银行流动性监管比率”，防止做市商挪用资金跨项目救火。

2. 交易所层的“紧急做市基金”（Emergency MM Pool）
从手续费抽取一小部分累积成基金，用于在极端行情中托底价格。
类似于Binance的“保险基金（Insurance Fund）” @binancezh 强制引入被动对冲机制（Passive Hedging Requirement）
要求Tier1/Tier2项目的主动MM在衍生品市场维持等量对冲敞口。
没有对冲品种的��目（如新launch的币），则要求提高保证金比例或缩短做市周期。

4. 断路器机制扩展到尾部资产

当前很多交易所的断路器仅对主流币有效。
未来应扩展到Tier2~Tier3项目，在报价深度过薄时自动延迟撮合或扩大价差保护区间。

二、做市商层面：回归“专业风险管理”的核心

主动MM并非罪人，但确实在当前“伪机构化”的加密市场中承担了太多风险。
未来他们要想活下去，必须做到三点：

1. 将风险模型化，而不是“经验化”
当前大量主动MM的风控模型仍停留在“经验分配”，即凭感觉给不同币种挂深度。
应引入基于 VaR、流动性覆盖比、跨资产相关性的模型化资金分配。
极端事件的模拟（Stress Test）应成为每周例行，而非事后复盘。

2. 尾部风险对冲商品化
过去 Jump / Alameda 在 CEX+DEX+期权市场间的自然对冲能力已消失。
未来主动MM应主动使用或推动市场建设类似 “Index Options / Altcoin Basket Futures” 的衍生品，用以对冲Beta暴露。
例如：一个持有50个小币头寸的MM，可以持有一个“ALT指数空头”来对冲系统性风险。（这也是我在研究的方向）

3. 多项目资金隔离机制（Segregated Liquidity Buckets）
禁止不同项目间挪用流动性资金池。
一旦项目遭遇黑天鹅，资金应自动锁定，避免连环流动性危机。

三、行业层面：结构性变革的方向
这次的流动性崩塌不是一次事件，而是一个市场结构被迫升级的节点。

1. MM需要被“评级化”
类似信用评级机构，对不同MM的风控、对冲、资金规模进行透明评级。
项目方、交易所、用户可据此判断哪类MM可被信任，减少“野MM”主导的局面。

2. 引入“去中心化做市”补充机制
DEX层的流动性协议（如 Uniswap V4、Saros、Maverick 等）应与 CEX 挂钩，成为“最后流动性提供者”。
当 CEX 深度骤降时，系统可自动桥接 DEX 报价，形成跨市场防波堤。

3. 教育散户重新理解流动性风险
散户教育不应只讲杠杆风险，还应讲“无对手盘风险”。
“流动性消失”这件事过去在加密里被轻描淡写，而这次应成为一个行业警钟。
