@BethRigby If his argument now is this was a work do, then surely it's an HSE question. This hasn't been said enough by any media. The fact being the HSE would have had to take action. Just as they did with other employers at the time.

@mrjamesob Well said James. Something is wrong when the loudest voices calling out unfairness in society are sportstars. Where is the balanced media or political opposition? Since Trump's playbook or Gove/Cummings 'don't trust an expert' gibes any reasoned argument has gone
