This work is based on the premise that the ocean has a certain 'horsepower' and was inspired by the feel of the sea on a particular day within Noosa National Park’s Laguna Bay.

Following on mythical and metaphorical themes of waves symbolised by white horses, this work represents the sea, driven by weather, encountering a special stretch of shoreline.
