📽️ Bruno Mars had an exclusive broadcast interview with major Australian newspaper and news outlet platform; ‘The Daily Telegraph’, in promotion for his ‘The Romantic Tour’ show for Australia in 2027.

He was interviewed by journalist and entertainment editor; Jonathon "J. Mo" Moran (JMoConfidential™). The pair discussed a multitude of topics in regards to his upcoming tour shows in the country next year and even had a funny banter about Mars' unusual tendency to keep himself mysterious as an artist, as he rarely gives interviews and press runs.

💬 “I'm always chasing, ‘I'm gonna write a better song. I'm gonna do a better show’. I don't get wrapped up in the hell of this stuff, you know? I just improve in what I'm already doing. Me and my band, we tryna like lose ourselves up there. That's when we could have the most fun, when it doesn't feel like work. It's just kinda like this out-of-body experience and we just floatin'.”

⠀Mars articulates his very own philosophy of continuous artistic growth and on-stage immersion with his band for the tour. He emphasizes his own personal commitment to self-improvement rather than seeing it as industry labor. He also shares his physicality and states that he can't and has no plans to stop being a performer. He jokingly asks for the next question and laughs it off with Mr. Moran.

💬 “You know what, I'm cookin'. I've enjoyed cooking. Anything. I'll put a burger on a grill. For some reason, I think it has a lot to do with just me feeling like I've completed something, and it's still creating in some shape or form. [...] Right now, yeah. I'm tryna perfect it.”

⠀Mr. Moran asks what does Mars usually do when he's not in the studio making music or being on stage. Mars reveals that he likes to cook food in his mundane moments as a person, as it is synonymous with how he creates as an artist, which he describes as his 'signature dish' that he's trying to perfect.

💬 “My connection is Rosie, with ‘APT.’ and her saying ‘Brunaurrr~ Brunaurrr~.’ Callin' me up. That was so much fun. I hope she gets to come down and we could a show in Australia. [...] I hope so. She's a busy girl. But I'll give her a call.”

⠀When asked about his fond memories or connections to Australia, Mars refers to his mentee and collaborator; Rosé. He also hopes that he could do a show with her as a special guest. Then he discusses their collaborative process in making ‘APT.’ and how fun the project felt.

💬 “It's our personalities. We're very similar and very different, and it's chaos that works. It's the best.”

⠀In line with the topic of his collaborators, his Silk Sonic partner and best friend; Anderson .Paak, was mentioned. Mr. Moran describes their dynamic and relationship as something authentic, true, and musically vulnerable in an almost beautiful way. Mars agrees with his statement. They also expounded on Mars' inclination toward collaborations. Mars describes it as a natural feeling for him, explaining that he tends to want to 'capture that magic' and emotion when he makes music with others.

💬 “I love to go to the beach. It's my favorite thing to do [...] And drinking a good cup of coffee.”

⠀For the final segment of the interview, Mars gets asked on what does he like to do on his days off, he simply responds that he likes spending his time at the beach. Mr. Moran jokes about drinking coffee in such settings, to which, Mars jokingly agrees and they both laugh.
