@RealKittyRawr@PlayStation They did respond... by banning people in their chat who brought up the physics disc situation in France. That alone should let you know where they stand.
@KTiereny Only if Sony does a 180. Im good on the PS6 as of right now. Sony supported the PS4 this long and it means the PS5 will get the same treatment also. Sure they'll release a few PS6 exclusive and Im good on it. I know the other exclusive will be PS5 and PS6 platform.
@DJK1NG_Gaming Yeah. You dont have to worry about your games randomly taken away and also other countries don't have to worry about not being logged on for 36 months and account being deleted. God forbid life happens or I want to play a game on a different platform.
@Evanit0 Also another thing is physical disc games at times are much cheaper than the online download. This is another tactic to get people to spend more money.
@Evanit0 Okay so let's put it like this. 15 years from now you remembered you enjoyed a game on PS5. You turn on the PS and its no longer available for you to play. Versus if you had the physical disc, you can still play. So you are hoping that company doesn't close doors.
@OG_MISTER_POPO@hard8_times You sound dumb. Let me break down for you what Im saying. Its a lack of passion and effort going into gaming. If businesses want more revenue, they need to work on better products and services.
@BrokenGamezHDR_ Sony is currently charging $70 for God of War Ragnarok digitally. It is $32 at Wal-Mart. The game is 4 years old.
People will no longer have options after 2028 and will HAVE to go directly to Sonyβs digital storefront and pay whatever PlayStation says thatβs why this is bad :/
In a way I'm glad that I'm no longer interested in the Steam Machine because I'd be pissed rn over not even being able to overpay for it. Total shitshow of a situation overall and a rare Valve L.
