@Safaricom_Care kindly advise when i am to get an update on my issue.. it has been a whole week with poor network connection and the same seems to be unresolved after my constant follow-ups
@Safaricom_Care please note il be forced to discard my line if my network issues are not resolved as earlier promised.. ive invested a lot of time and effort following up on this.. at this rate id rather look for another provider
